CharLi apartment house is on the Southern-East part of Island Vir. It lays about 25 m far from the Adriatic Sea. Recommended for families with children and for friendships, because it is a newly built apartment with 4 flats (50-55 m2 each) with separate entrances. There are two flats downstairs and two flats upstairs.

Each flat includes 2 bedrooms with separate entrances, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. Ground is floortiled in order to keep it clean more easily. Bedrooms are comfortable for 2x2 people in each flat. One of the room includes double-bed; other room includes two single beds, bedside table and wardrobe. Living room contains a double couch. Satellite TV and climate system serves your convenience. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a 160-liter fridge with a 60-liter freezer part; microwave-oven; electric/gas hot plate for cooking; electric water-boiler; coffee-maker; sandwich toaster; tablewares; dinner-set for 6, cuttlery, glasses etc. Bathroom includes hotwater container water-heater; shower-cabin; bidet; toilet; hair-dryer; iron; ironing board; clothes-horse etc. Price of the apartment covers cleaning equipment, cleaning products, bedclothes for 6 (big-size pillow, small-size pillow, quilt filled with synthetic fibers). Towels are for additional cost only. In terrace you can find plastic furniture; near the house you can find grilling and cauldron-cooking stuff. Guests who come by car can park on the parcel. Our apartment house is pet-friendly. Please let us know about any pets you want to bring with yourself in advance. On the parcel there is a dug well that gives no drinkable water. Drinkable water is provided occasionally by us. You can also buy drinkable water in the shop that is in the end of the street. Here you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit as well. A bakery, a souvenir shop as well as money changer are 5 minutes far from the CharLi apartment house. |
